About us

We are a company with a long term experience in the production of egg pasta according with the artisan tradition of Campofilone: our mission is always focused on product quality and customer satisfaction.

Our location

We are based in Campofilone, a small hilly village in the South of Marche Region, known and appreciated for its renowned Maccheroncini since 1400 and for the unique national festival of Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP that every years attracts, in four days, more than 15,000 people from Italy and abroad.


Processing and products

The processing is handcraft, the ingredients are genuine and carefully selected, our staff is highly professional. By this way, we have increased our sales network in Italy and abroad where our products are known as ANTICA PASTA, MARCOZZI DI CAMPOFILONE and the organic spelt pasta. Our product range includes several type of pasta: long pasta, flavoured long pasta, short pasta, soups, catering line, biological egg pasta, 100% organic spelt pasta and also some formats of long pasta in special packaging for Christmas gifts in limited editions.

Founders of Association Producers of Maccheroncini di Campofilone

We are charter members of the "ASSOCIATION PRODUCERS OF MACCHERONCINI DI CAMPOFILONE", whose objective was to obtain the Protected Geographic Indication (I.G.P.) and to coordinate all the producers in a unique procedural guideline of production.
